Yeah...

With that you are better off just rolling your own.

Unless you are rolling zerk. Then it has to be 40 ias (or close to it i cant remmeber) to break the smite IAS bp (again, if i remember correctly). If it's a phase, take your chance.

Ya dude, I've got a 34/390 zerk exactly. And while it's not even a noticable difference between that ias and the next I would like a PB instead. Plus! I have to repair my zerk twice per Ubers run and I'm always paranoid it'll break.
