Yeah, test it out with the word "goat~se" without the tilde in the way.. you'll get a "No" for each letter in that word. Good old NoNoNoNoNoNo.cx, there were so many links to that non-existant website...

So if "D3V" was filtered, all references to him would be "NoNoNo" instead.
