Im thinking of maybe getting one later on this year and was wondering what you people have and think of yours compared to your old desktop, etc....?

Yeah but that ghz is low compared to my 1.7 ghz desktop. See thats the thing i dun wana get something weaker than what i already have.

Do some research. I think the pentium M is more powerful then the pentium 4's... Idk. When i bought my gateway, they had a chart on the 200x website that said a pentium M at 1.5 ghz outperformed a p4 at 2.2 ghz in benchmark tests or someting. I could and probably am wrong though.
