Anyone know what type

of char, they were going to make for WoW? I was thinking Hunter. Also we should have each member learn a different skill like fishing and such. Just some more ideas to throw around. Not sure if this has already been discussed.

In the stress test I made a Dwarf Warrior and a Orc Hunter. Both were pretty fun. When the full game is released I plan on going with a Troll Warrior on one of the PvP servers. Most likely the PvP server nearest to the bottom of the server list cause I figure it will be less populated than the first few on the list. I enjoyed the Warrior skills, charge was pretty cool, and I liked the ability to tank monsters 3 levels higher than me. Didn’t notice this as much until I made the hunter and died to crap 2 levels higher than me.

The Hunter class' Pets are broken, and shitty right now, so they're not quite as good currently as they will be. Personally, I liked my Tauren Hunter a lot. My Undead Rogue wasn't half bad either.

Dumb question, but can you pick a character like a hunter and also be a woodsman? The WoW website wasn't really clear, atleast to me.

They're changing the system to "Professions" but yes you can have two (or three?) of any tradeskill you want.

It's currently limited to 2 Professions, then there are little ones that anyone can pick up, like First Aid (I'm pretty sure).

But things like Leatherworking/Blacksmithing are Professions (as are Skinning and Mining), so you'll need to choose wisely.
