Okay, here is how it goes. I killed Diaz. Did the Protect missions. Did the Biker gang missions. Did the Love Fist missions. Did the Cab missions. Did the Printing Shop missions. Did Avery's missions. Did the Phone missions. Did the Cuban and Haitian missions.
Now, I'm lost. There is no one calling me and Ind I can't find another place to buy. I've looked at some walkthroughs and they mention a film studio. However, they don't say how to get there. I have no idea where it is. I can't see the Map too good, so if it is on there, I haven't seen it. Can someone please give me a location to start from? Like a landmark or something?

Once I finish these missions, is the game over?
Haven't played it in like a year, so I'll try to do my best. Go in the direction of Cherry Popper's from Diaz's mansion, and when you get off the bridge, take a right. Go straight until you get to another bride, and head onto it, and it'll take you to a little island. It's somewhere there.
If i'm completely off, I apologize. Once again, I haven't played it in almost a year.

Hey, thanks. Now I face another problem. I beat all the Film Studio missions. Yet, I haven't reached the end missions yet. Am I supposed to have a high criminal rating or something? There are no other missions i need to do except for the racing missions at the car place and Checkpoint Charlie at the Boatyard. I hardly think they are a necessary part of the story.
Um, no... I read you have to kill the Mafia and the backstabber Lance.
I don't have a clue why he's a backstabber but that's what some of the walkthroughs say.
Makes the whole reason for killing Diaz go to hell, eh? I mean, if I had just stayed with him, I could have a huge army and fight Sunny and his dickheads. Unfortuanately, I did kill him and now I have to do all this shit on my own.... Gayness.
I think there are like 8 or so places that you can buy and collect money on. You have to be able to collect rent on 7 of the 8 places to get the final mission.
The one that I had to cheat on by using an online to guide to figure out was the strip club one. You have to go in the room in the back where a girl is dancing for you, and you have to literally watch her and spend like $1000 or so, which takes about 10-15 minutes to do... I simply went in the room, then make something to eat while it automatically paid her. Came back after eating, then voila, I owned the place.
Also, you have to do ALL the missions to own the place, so make sure you are done all the missions. Does that help?
After you do the last mission go to the police station near the malibu(south of it) and get the cop uniform then jump in a cop car and go to the airport then to the army base and look in the back for The Hunter(A kickass helicopter with machine guns and missiles).
If you need money for anything you can get unlimited money by doing the following trick.
Get a cop car, go to a garage where you can store it, drive into the garage, start vigilante mission, get out and go outside of the garage for it to close, punch in R2 L2 R1 L1 L2 R2 square triangle circle triangle L2 L1(blow up all cars) and get back in it and repeat(at mission 50 or so you get 100K each time).
