I suppose this is sort of a corollary to my E3 thread in General Gaming. This should please all of you east-coast nerds.

Shit, yes, you're right. I wasn't thinking with my entire brain. Just the portion not occupied with eating this turkey sandwich. Presto change-o!

They should have E3 in a lot of different places so more people can go to E3.

You must be a real big East Coast Nerd to go to that if you live near me... Florida

When you first said West Coast Nerds, I thought the link was something about D&D or Wizards of the West Coast.

You live in Florida? I am moving there in May. I will go to E3 at some point in my life even if it means a lot of driving.

If I was rich I would drive everywhere and pick up everyone that wanted to go and bring them to E3. I would have to be rich since I would need a lot of gas money.

You have to be 18 to get into E3 anyway.

On the side note, no one is forcing you to go to the E3 in your city/area. You're always welcome to go there on a plane and catch the action... That's what I did with Siggraph.

the only thing bad about being 18 is how you can drafted to the military and if you do something bad you are tried as an adult.

Don't you also have to be in the industry or the press?

For E3? I wasn't under that impression. Every E3 evaluation I've ever read has always given me the impression that the majority of people there were just regular people. I always assumed that it just cost an assload to get in, though.

No, but you still had to have been lucky enough and early enough to grab a pass of some sort
