Can anyone give me an address to where i could download the newest version and or best version of RPGMaker 2003. I wanna start it up again but i don't know how much it has advanced in patches and such.

A quick check in the "Download Sites" thread (*cough*) shows this:

http://lrpgm.com/

Go to "Downloads", obviously. You'll need the RTP and the Program itself. (Get RPG Advocate's Version)
