Lol.. teapots are a simple creation in 3dsmax.. I assume the planet is a sphere with a texture for the continents? And the rest is just background.

Six regular teapots, two geospheres with 32x32 polys, backlighting, fog, omnilights, background image, lighting touches in photoshop.

The sig kind of reminds me of difference clouds with eyecandy chrome and fire for the texts, and it looks kind of angelic in a way. It looks good, but I would put out the flames if I were you.
