x box mod help

I have a mod chip in my x box...recently it became unaligned and I had to realign it 2 or 3 separate times. Well, this last time I think I may have done something else...my buddy that put the chip in tells me that it is unaligned, but it usually only took me a few minutes to realign it before....when I turn the xbox on, it turns itself off and on 3 times. It then on the third time that it turns off it turns back on and I can hear it load the content in the hard drive but I get no picture and the light flashes green and red. Anyone that can help me please help me!!!! True crime came out and I am having withdrawls!!!!
