Earthbound has more than half a sequal... They just abandoned the project.

River City Ransom was the SHIT as well. =)

Um... I would have to say.......... Hell I can't think of any....

EarthBound. Forget all this "Mother 3" crap. "Mother" is a fucking stupid name for a video game. Name it "Earthbound 2" or I will kill everyone in the world.

Secret of Evermore. I'm not asking for a direct sequel, just another game that uses the same "alchemy' magic system, and possibly a shape-changing dog as well.

Blast Corps. This game fucking ruled. Why the hell hasn't there been a sequel? It was a far more inventive and original game than most people were willing to give it credit for.

Jet Force Gemini. Although the upcoming Metal Arms: A Glitch In The System looks to play pretty similarly, it would be nice to see Juno, Vela and Lupus kick some more alien ass.

Eternal Darkness. I realize that this game only came out about 18 months ago, but I fail to see why a sequel couldn't be in the works. Metroid Prime was released last November, and Nintendo has been releasing informaton about the sequel since December. ED was a fucking great game. One of the best I've ever played.

River City Ransom 2 come out in Japan a couple years back, but no plans to bring it here yet.

Sam & Max is getting a sequel. Just don't know how long it'll be.

There were plans for a Septerra Core 2, but they were scrapped when Valkrye Studios went under

And Starcraft will probably get a sequel anyways. It needs one.

Ya I completely forgot about Starcraft.

Secret of Evermore was a really good game. There are a lot of those types of games that I played a long time ago and have forgotten about.

The really great games I think of that I played back in the day, however, already have sequels of some sort. (Punchout, Castlevania, Mega Man, etc)

They could make an American Gladiators sequel. I watched some reruns of AG a couple weeks ago lolol. That's good stuff.

Lol minesweeper would be a really l337 sequel. However, I have played 3d minesweeper at freearcade, so although unofficial, it has a sequel.

I never think that MMORPG's can really have a sequel... It just doesn't seem like the type of game that can have one. A "MMORPG sequel" may be similar to its predecessor, but it's either the same game with new skills, or a completely different game with the same races.

Also, if there were going to be a FF sequel, I would, of course, vote for FF6. I will state for the record that I am against any type of FF sequels. I just don't think it's possible for the sequel to be any better. I would rather have a new story, a new planet, new characters, and a new war.

Chrono Trigger needs a legit sequal that follows through with the story.

Secret of Evermore of course, one of the best games I've played.

They need to get rid of the Breath of Fire sequals because they were all gay compared to the first.

FF6, even though I kinda agree with Bob about FF games not having sequals. They would probably end up like the Breath of Fire sequals.

Vice city needs a sequal, and I'm talking about with Tommy in it.

Threads of Fate would probably have a cool sequal if it doesn't already.

Seiken Densetsu 3 needs to be removed from time, it's nothing like it should be.

Bla bla bla, I might add more to this later when I'm not at school.

Dude, the plot from Chrono Cross was fucking brilliant! It's extraordinarily hard to understand, but if you go to GameFAQs and read Terrageist's "Plot Analysis," it will make perfect sense. After figuring out what actually happened in the game, I honestly consider it to be better than the original. It damn near seamlessly weaves the events from CT into it's storyline and creates this amazing web of paradoxes and event loops. Seriously, go read the Plot Analysis. I used to think Chrono Cross was an okay game, but I seriously think it's better than CT now that I've come to fully understand the story.

a sequal to Metal Arms: A Glitch in the System... the games not even out yet but the demo is 'wow' I think it could be the next Halo for xbox if they do the multiplayer right, the singleplayer is already superb.

I dont know why but when you said that i needed to play that game. I went into my room popped it in and am now playing. Last time i played it i got about half way through the game and quit. I guess because the story was too confusing. Well i figure i'm 3 years older and 3 years wiser now. Thanx for the encouragement raziel lol.

Edit: Oh and uh sequals.
Diablo 2 obviously needs a sequal if that counts.
Nox-if anyone has played all the way through this game like i have several times you will understand where i am coming from. this is an awesome game that definitly needs a sequal. Has anyone played it? If not i suggest you do.

Twenty-eight days... six hours... forty-two minutes... twelve seconds. That, is when the world will end.
