YEs it does. Being a male, u must have a penis. Nowhere can a vagina be located on you else youd be called a hermaphrodite. More commonly referred to as a he/she or it.

And usually when hermaphordites are born, they dont have a fully functional penis. So in a sence there missing a good deal of there reprodcutive system. That is what distinguishes male from female. So if s/he has a partial penis and a partial vagina there is no way s/he can be a he. Only females can have a vagina only males can have a penis. ITs true; end of story.
