I need a Cruel Phase Blade of Evisc with 3 Open Sockets or...

A Cruel Legendary Mallet of Evisc with 3 Open sockets. I'd like to have them with at least 280+ ED, but I'll check out others and offer as well.

Legendary Mallets and Phase Blades can't be 3 socketed unless its Jeweler's So and Such of Evis.

Really, why not? What can and can't be used to roll Cruels with 3 sockets in the cube recipe? I thought any sword could with chips and any other weapon could with perfects...?

only like 6 of the elite swords can roll a cruel in the cube. forgot what ones they wer
