its down, until i put it up... unlike HG i dont run this server 24/7... only when a group of zellies want to play =)

yea, thats why only 6 players max... anyways the average uo player uses 1kbs just do normal things, and 5 kbs when there fighting and stuff... the only noticable lag is from when a player says BANK on the shard, it cause my cpu to spike to 100% for about 3 seconds or so.
