rm2k3 help with projects!

I HAVE BEEN USING RPG MAKER FOR A MOTH SO FAR ALL I KNOW IS HOW TO MAKE GAME (80%) NOW I DON'T KNOW WHY I CAN'T MAKE A NEW PROJECT EVERY TIME I TRY IT SAYS: SORY PROJECT CREATION CANOT BE COMPLETE. DOES ANYONE KNOWS ABAUT THIS? AND IF ANYONE HAVE RPGMAKERXP PLASE SEND IT TO MY EMAIL and some times problem with map? only 1 map and says map three data corupt
