zpickit only works with gold

i installed the hackpack thing and it came with the zpickit and it picks up rejucenation potions and gold but thats it!!!
i swear i looked at the other threads but every1 is only asking about installing it and stuff. there were a few that talked about configuring it, so i tried. i am no programer. i left the folder with a headache. but no1 had my exact problem.

plz sum1 give me some direction in fixing this thing. i have no mf char. so getting ahold of unique items is the treasure of my life.
