Well, Anal sex has more health risks than vaginal sex, but I get your point. Anal sex is not exclusive to homosexuals, and not all homosexuals partake in anal sex, so homosexuality itself is not a health risk.

He says that like he thinks they should be exterminated. Know who else wanted homosexuals to be exterminated?
