Perm Ban? Haha, nah... I had some of the same type of problems happen to me before that !K_A! is going through now (I didn't get Banned though, I guess that's because I was an Admin?), and the best solution is to literally ignore the trouble, do your job, and not let issues linger. Public written posts are always under scrutiny, so avoid using that avenue when issuing warning, etc.
