If a rich man makes 3 bazillion dorra a year, and all he does is sit around and remember that one time he made a deal that turned out well, then, yes, stealing from him would be fine. Why? Because he shouldn't care.
If you knock down a kid and steal the kid's lolipop (in other words, you're Mdselctr), then yes. Stealing is wrong. Unless that kid is the son of the guy listed above.
