Sports teams are localized to one city. Do the Beatles only play concerts in one city?
Do football teams only play football in one city? Nope, they travel the country. Liverpool (or England) would be considered The Beatles' "home field".

Do you pay taxes in your support for the Beatles? My city just recently built a badass new stadium in Indianapolis that WE had to pay for.
That stadium is not solely for your team, though. You're supporting every other team that plays there just the same, with your tax money. It's also a stupid waste of money.

Are there Beatles merchandise shops anywhere? Probably not; I know of at least 3 stores where they sell nothing but Colts merchandise in Indianapolis.
I guarantee you there are plenty more stores that specialize in Beatles merchandise and memorabilia than stores that specialize in Colts merchandise.
