Question Using Flash player without Installed

Okay, here is my scenario:

On this computer I am on, it was recently updated with a different version of Java and for whatever reason Adobe Flash was not included and subsequently its folder also seems to be gone. This computer has administration locked and installing programs is not allotted. I'm thinking that one option could be to install an OS onto a jumpdrive and run the .exe from the jumpdrive.

Ex: Install Opera on a jumpdrive and also put the full flash folder (copied) from my Laptop and then bring it over to this computer, open it up through the jumpdrive and use Opera. It will just need to be linked to the folder that it tries to access Adobe Flash from. Will it work?
