Encrypting and encoding are two different things. To call Base64 encryption is faulty, fool.

So what you're trying to tell me is that you can read Base64 directly? No, that's faulty, if it wasn't encrypted, then you would be able to understand it in one form or another.
To encode something is in general terms the same as encrypting. The outcome is always unreadable.
To encode a video with DivX Compressed AVI Format is encrypting it with a non-standard AVI type file that is unreadable without proper software; rather, a 'decrypting' software. We can keep going back and forth, but you'll lose.
