Teleportation technically IS superhuman speed. In fact you move your molecules to any place near instantaneously. That is MOVING with super speed technically. So fast that you can only move your base elements and reform them. That would be faster than superman could ever move.
No, they are different. Teleportation actually isn't moving, since nothing can move faster than the speed of light yet in almost all cases teleportation implies instantaneous travel. In addition teleportation has the drawback of not seeing where you're going before you go there; with super human speed you would see your path and what's ahead of you. In theory with super human speed, you could perform such feats as plucking a knife out of the air on its way to its target, especially considering that you'd still be subject to special relativity.

That aside, I'd say of those listed the most usefull would be teleportation and duplication, assuming that when I "un-duplicate" I retain the knowledge and experience of all my clones.
