Parrots Bay is pretty good. I've only had coconut and pineapple, but never needed a chaser with either of them. Bacardi Gold will get you fucked up. Have fun with that one.

As far as drinking games go, you've already listed beer pong (the best drinking game ever) but here's one you may not have heard of.

FLIPPY CUP

Get a table and line up two teams on opposite sides of the table. Can consist of 3-6 people or however many you want. You each get a cup (a plastic solo cup), fill it 1/4 or halfway full of beer depending on how much you can handle.

Now decide which end of the line goes first. You chug your beer, then place the cup on the edge of the table right in front of you top-side up (the end you drink out of). The object of the game is to flip the cup so it lands right-side up, which includes the bottom or the top. Once the first person has successfully flipped their cup so it lands perfectly on the table, the next person on your team goes and does the same thing. You can't start drinking your beer until the person in front of you successfully flips their cup. The team that is done first wins.
