I'm having the player fill out a form. It asks for his name, his wife's name, his best friends name and his dog's name. Is there a way to make it so that I can have those names that have been typed in by the user show up in a message? Is it a different form of "\n[1]"?

I understand exactly what you mean, It is the same as I said. Do you want me to make another video, by the way this time it won't have the screwy sound and it will load like youtube but with high quality?
