My best friend was drunk for about a month during high school. It was pretty pathetic. He hid bottles of liquor in his bathroom and drank in the shower before school. Assuming he made it to homeroom, he'd sit there with his head on the desk until 1st period. Then I'd generally just shove him down the hall in the direction he needed to go and hope for the best.
