You go around with your knight on the main screen, and during the battle sequences you arrange your troops and battle. You can even make angels, which is hilarious.

The Might and Magic series tended to be pretty lackluster and repetitive, pretty similar to all the Command and Conquers that Westwood are churning out. The first few are good though.
