Because we used too much bandwidth...

We worked it out - 3 computers on all the time, each connected to the net. In a month we use no more than 20gb of bandwidth... and we're on a 2mb Unlimited service.

So basically, because we use the internet a lot, we're being stopped from using it a lot... baffles me, too.
