This one lady yelled at my friend a couple nights ago because he handled her money and then made her blizzard. She was screaming and shit too. Last night I made a small blizzard instead of a medium blizzard, and the guy told me 'Well that's quite alright that you made a mistake, just give me the difference out of the till'. We aren't supposed to give out money, so I said 'No, I will fix it'. So I poured it into a medium cup and put more flavorin and ice cream in and fixed it and he told me that he would refuse to eat it, and I said 'If you want another, you can pay for another. Have a nice night, sir!'. He just stormed out. Honestly, there was nothing wrong with making it the way I did, because that's what we are supposed to do if we mess up so that products aren't wasted.
