If you haven't already seen this site, it's perfect for making rm2k3 stuff. I use it for the battle charsets generator only though, as it's the only thing I need help with. It has a charset, face set, and battlecharset maker. If you need any custom sprites lemme know, I enjoy spiriting. as for chip sets, there used to be a checkered image to place your own graphics on at a site by the name of rmxp.net, which i believe worked for rm2k3 also, isn't even worth linking to...the owner of the site stopped paying bills and the site was shut down.... pity...
