Ehh, I may have posted a bit rashly. By no way is this all Bush's fault. I'm not trying to imply that at all. I agree that the people of Louisiana could have been better prepared for this. They were not. The thing that gets at me is that it took them four days to send in troops. This was known for sure, as Khwii already pointed out, unlike 9/11. Really, I don't know who's supposed to handle it. Right now all I see is too much finger pointing, and not enough help, and yes, I'm guilty of it too. Anyway, I need to get ready for school.
