You could try a left-handed one...if it's a left-handed QWERTY one then all you need to do is mirror what you know already.

But then again, the majority of the words you type are typed with your left hand, so if you switched to a left-handed keyboard you'd need to learn how to type well with your right hand...

Why on earth would you want a DVORAK keyboard? It looks very confusing. The only letters from a QWERTY keyboard that don't change are the A and the M:




Then again, I don't know why it is said to be more comfortable and simpler to use.
