Me get real? Plotting is 100,000,000% legal. If you actually start getting supplies, as in guns, explosives, etc. to start acting out those plots, then it becomes intent. Plotting is nothing but a slap on the wrist. The only possible exception to this would be if you were caught with detailed information on how to execute this on someone like the President, for example.

D3V clearly told someone his plan on AIM, which as much as everyone hates him, he isn't an idiot that wouldn't think it wouldn't somehow get back to these forums.

I think D3V should not be perma-banned, because there have been a shit load of members that made accounts while banned. Grav, Mantra, !K_A!, and kaos stick out, only because they did it at least 5 times each (That whole shit with "NotGrav", "ThisIsn'tMantra", "DefinitelyNot!K_A!", "kaoswho" bullshit that fills up like 50 spots in the permanently banned archives, or at least once did when I had permissions to see it). Yet they are all still around. Coincidence? Not a shot, people are just holding a grudge against a decent member that they never gave a real chance.
