The reason General Conversation is not the place for that kind of discussion is that it is too flooded with borderline-Chat Forum shit, spam, and non-helpful feedback. The Life Discussion forum is supposed to be a structured place to actually have respectful conversation about life issues. It's in its infancy still so shut the hell up about it D3V.
