Yeah man. Its growing up. I know you said not to say this but hey truth is. You are only 13. Don't worry too much. I know its around the hardest age but whatever. Just go with the flow. Don't worry about shit. Shit happens right? And I know its hard to ignore some stuff. But im not telling you to ignore your feelings for her. If she says she likes you. Trust her.
