I had to deal with the same thing in Dallas. Anyone under the age of 17 is not allowed to be outdoors after 9pm in the entire city. Granted, the size of the population far outweighs the number of police officers that can do anything about it. However, if you're unlucky enough to get caught, it's a ticketable offense. Fucking lame.
