I bought it Sunday the 13th. Played my balls off. It took me about 19:15 to beat it my first time through, with a lot of deaths. There are some spots where you can get in a real pickle, and if you don't shoot the right things at the right time, you're face is being fuckin' bit, sawed, or chopped off.

Lots more guns. Have the basic Handgun you start with, as well as I think 3 more on the first time through you can get, 3 different variations of shotguns, 2 rifles, 2 magnums, a TMP, and a mine thrower, as well as the rocket launcher. There are of course unlockable weapons. You have the HandCannon (best magnum in the game), Matilda (handgun), Chicago Typewriter (tommy-gun-ish), and the Infinite Launcher. My favorite part about the weapons though is that they can all be upgraded to get exclusive features. The fully upgraded regular handgun has a 5x critical headshot chance, which can be amazing if you're picking guys off from a safe range. The fully upgraded Striker (my favorite shotgun) does 15x damage of the normal handgun and can hold 100 shells at a time, it's fuckin' nice not to have to reload when you have 10+ guys on you at once.

I definitely like it more than the first game, as there is a lot more action in it. Not only more action, but about twice as long game play. The variation in monsters makes for some good fun. You have melee (axes, claws, saws), some-what ranged (pitch forks, tentacles), ranged (archers, rocket launchers), and bitches with grenades. Sometimes you'll have a little bit of everything trying to take you out at once. Probably the hardest monsters to kill can be the Regenerators, as they do exactly that, regenerate. Shoot it's leg off, it falls, and a few seconds later it has a new one and it's back to slappin' you around. Have to shoot them in specific spots using a thermal scope with the rifle, and sometimes there will even be one on the back, which can cause some troubles.

Super fun game. I'm probably going to beat it and the mini games a few times through, just so I can get all the unlockables, and upgrade them all the way.
So this baby seal walks into a club.
