Mining/Engineering definately; not as lucrative as blacksmithing, but someone has to do it, and there are some cool things in the higher levels.

I really like the troll/mage combo, but I may do something different. Maybe a hunter so I can use the guns I make; if I go hunter, I'll probably still do troll.
