After downloading the .dmg file and mounting it, you have a .app file inside. This file is ran automatically if double click, right click (if you have a mouse) or Ctrl + Click (If you don't have a mouse). And click on show package content. Then in the Contents folder, there is a resources folder, inside that will be a file called downloader.torrent. This is the torrent file you can use for Azureus or Tomato Torrent so you can limit your upload and get nice downloads!
