What do you log into? I'm going to assume either a Novell Client (network) or a simple Windows prompt (local), but I have no idea what you're on..

If it's local, you may very well be locked down tightly, to the point where there's no way around it without the admin password.

(Of course, if they're not using gpedit or anything, you might want to try Safe Mode)
