Ok, I believe the answer is 118 degrees. Your answer might be right, I'm not sure. What I did was "pretend" it was a 90 degree angle (hour hand at 12, minute at 9). Then I calculated the differences (22 degrees on the hour hand to get to its correct spot, 6 degrees on the minute hand). 90 + 22 + 6 = 118.
