Leave work. If you need to than leave your number if anything comes up. IMHO it’s better to not be there than to get caught goofing off or sleeping on the job. Most people don’t really give a shit whether you are there or not. But if they see you not doing crap then they get pissed, or worse yet they try to push their crap work on you. Leave the office.
