Is there anyway you can attribute your falling asleep to being overworked? Not enough time to sleep coming off a shift? If so you would be a little better off. Your insurance deductible and time off work could be compensated if you can somehow prove it was work that made you overly tired. Get yourself a lawyer before you start the claims process and see if they can help you out. Good luck dude.
