I would do one of the following:

8 socket HoZ
Hoto + 2 sockets
Make a splendor out of a 2 socket shield then add 4 more sockets

4 socket War Travs
1 Socket SOJ
1 Socket Tal Ammy
2 Socket Arachnid Mesh
1 Socket Anni
3 Socket Gheed's
Enigma + 3 sockets
6 Socket Ormus Robe

or

1 Socket Jewel PWN!
