You just need to find a good server to fix that problem. I've gotten banned from a hell of a lot of servers (a good portion because they thought I was cheating, the rest... well, other assorted reason). You just have to realize that there are like... eleventy-billion CS servers out there, and, generally, the ones that you'll want to play on (i.e. good ping, low latency, low packetloss, low downtime, etc) will have good players who don't make accusations of cheating.
I can give ya a few IPs when I get home tonight if you want.
