I'd disagree, tal armor belt ammy gives the highest I've seen.. armor 112 belt 11 with ammy 65 so that's 188 i think anyway... goldwrap 30 skullders(Assuming you have a level 99) 99+24 and an ammy well if you had a 40 ammy? 30+40+99+24= 193... although 5 mf more... tals gives +2 skills and also resist and some other stuff which I don't know because I'm in the library "studying" for exams
