Stop and go traffic burns more gas than freeway driving, there isn't any way to tell which would conserve gas unless you know the specific MPG of the vehicle you were taking.

I'd definately say 70 MPH and 30 minutes. But I'm a leadfoot so that may be why. I'd probably end up going about 90. (I've done it before )
