I interview about 10 people a month who want to work for my company and some of the shit they try to put past you is amazing.

Rule #1 - Be honest. If you dont know how to do something say so, but also add that you are willing to learn. And dont inflate your educational achievements without proof.

Rule #2 - Dress well. I was conducting interviews for a $11.00 an hour intern position at my company and was STUNNED at the costumes these kids showed up in. One skinny little white kid shows up in a complete Allen Iverson uniform headband and all For a freeking job interview?!?!?! Wtf was he thinking? Others wore ratty jeans and flip flops and untucked shirts...Of course I just hired the girl with the biggest tits anyway

Rule #3 - Ask questions

Rule #4 - Be on time.
