I think that you would just have to go to install/unistall on your menu and unistall diablo II. Then you could just reinstall your disk. But whenever you go to connect to Battle Net it will make you update to 1.10, so I have no idea how to get 1.09. Anyway your disk is prolly like 1.06 or something like that.
