Socketing the Shield with Pdiamonds will give you almost max resits in hell (along with the set bonuses). For the helm and armor I socketed mine with IO runes. The result was +50 to vitality, along with the +35 from Verdungos I was running around with close to 1400 life before BO. I have seen people drop Topazes in there for MF but it’s really up to you.
