lol that's what mine was at the beginning of this year. I was hella skinny though. I'm up to bout 190 on bench now. Squat was 260 about 9 weeks ago, so prolly 275ish now.
Good way to build your triceps and chest without weights = pushups. But instead of doing 'em like most people do, tuck your elbows as close to your body as possible. Thatll put some emPHASIS on yer pecx0rz and tricpers. Do as many sets of 30 as possible then do normal pushups 'til you collapse
